Key Features

1. Models YM65 and YM80 cover a flow range from 3,480 L/h to 36,000 L/h. This can be extended up to a maximum of 72,000 L/h with a double-head pump.

2. The size of large-scale hose pumps is a critical issue to address! For this reason, we have specially designed two different configurations: vertical and horizontal. The vertical version features a shorter length and smaller footprint. Where height is limited, the horizontal hose pump provides an ideal solution. The horizontal design can also be applied to any small-sized hose pump model.

3. The large-scale YM hose pumps are engineered to solve challenging traditional pumping applications. Compared with screw pumps and slurry pumps, YM hose pumps can handle highly concentrated and corrosive media, with lower maintenance costs.

4. A separate split-type bearing housing is installed inside the pump casing, ensuring perfect alignment and effectively absorbing loads on the gearbox shaft.

5. It facilitates the disassembly and replacement of components, reduces system downtime, and extends the service life of the gearbox.
