Integrated Three-Chamber Flocculant Preparation Unit

Process Overview
The three-chamber automatic dosing unit is an automated, continuous preparation system for flocculants.
Dry powder flocculant enters the rapid dissolver via a screw conveyor for pre-mixing with fresh water. The wetted material then enters the preparation chamber for agitation and dilution to the required concentration. The prepared solution flows from the preparation chamber through the aging chamber into the storage chamber. When the storage chamber reaches a high liquid level, the preparation process stops automatically while chemical dosing continues. When the level drops to a medium position, the preparation process restarts automatically. Both the preparation and aging chambers are equipped with agitators to ensure complete dissolution and maturation of the flocculant. Additionally, a low-level alarm is triggered if the solution in the storage chamber is insufficient, causing the entire system to stop and alert. The unit is characterized by a high degree of automation, stable performance, reliable operation, and simple menu-driven controls.
