Product Overview
The ET Series vertical pump is a robust fluid management solution engineered for high-intensity chemical cycles. Its signature technology provides exceptional dry-running protection, allowing the system to withstand unexpected fluctuations in liquid levels without mechanical failure. Built for longevity and high-load performance, the ET series serves as a reliable backbone for complex chemical processing and industrial manufacturing systems.
Key Features
Maximum Chemical Durability: Constructed with specialized anti-corrosive materials such as FRPP, CFRPP, PVDF, and Stainless Steel (304/316), it effectively resists degradation from highly aggressive acids, alkalis, and reactive chemical fluids.
Enhanced Dry-Run Tolerance: The innovative internal design permits the pump to operate without media (dry-run) for specified durations. This creates a high safety margin against operational errors or supply instability, ensuring continuous workflow.
Advanced Sealless Isolation: Utilizing a dry-seal (sealless) configuration, it establishes a physical barrier that prevents acid mists and fumes from reaching the motor housing, effectively safeguarding the bearings from chemical corrosion.
Heavy-Duty Motor Engineering: The drive motor is reinforced with multi-layer anti-corrosion coatings and superior waterproof protection, specifically designed to survive in high-humidity and chemically volatile environments.
Typical Applications
Surface Treatment: Large-scale continuous electroplating, anodizing, and electrophoretic coating systems.
Electronics Sector: High-precision PCB/FPC etching and chemical processing lines.
Environmental Protection: Scrubbing tower circulation and industrial wastewater neutralization.
Advanced Materials: New energy battery manufacturing and fine chemical solvent delivery.
