EX Series Electroplating Filter Machine
The chemical liquid filter machine uses a pump to press the chemical liquid containing impurities into the filter body, where impurities are separated and removed through the filter cartridge or filter bag to obtain high-precision clean chemical liquid. Electroplating filters are widely used in electroplating, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

Features
1. The filter body and base are manufactured using mold injection.
2. The filter body material options: PP, CPVC, PVDF, which can resist high temperature and acid/alkali.
3. Fewer welding points on the filter body, eliminating concerns about leakage.
4. Equipped with a sealless magnetic drive pump, high efficiency and energy saving, idling resistant, and zero leakage.
5. Motor protection cover ensures the motor is not easily corroded.
6. Suitable for electroplating solutions, chemical solutions, pure water circulation filtration, and other purposes.
7. Various filter media available for customers: filter cartridge, filter paper, filter bag.
8. High-efficiency precision filtration, wide filtration area, and easy to clean.
9. Optional titanium bundle ring available.
10. Standard accessories: Inlets and outlets are optional.
11. Optional accessories: Switch (including protection cover), foot valve or check valve, sight flow indicator, inlet/outlet hose, filter bag, etc.
