1. Precision filters made of UPVC material have strong corrosion resistance and are suitable for fields where stainless steel and carbon steel cannot enter, such as food, chemicals, industrial acid-base salt solutions, cooling tower circulation filtration, and ultrafiltration membrane inlet water.

2. The water distribution of the filter cloth adopts uniform water distribution from the bottom center of the filter upwards to the surroundings, so the impact resistance of the filter element is small; the top is equipped with an exhaust valve to facilitate the discharge of air in the filter.

3. Maximum working temperature: 45°C. The thread size of the exhaust valve and pressure gauge mounting hole reserved on the top cover is: G1/4". A conversion joint needs to be purchased to match metric pressure gauges.

4. Inside the filter, there is a PP cotton filter element positioned. The filter element does not need to be adjusted when the upper cover plate is closed (avoiding traditional installation methods). The bottom plate and the top pressure plate adopt an integrated design, making the installation and tightening of the filter element convenient and fast.
