UPVC Safety Valve/Back Pressure Valve
Safety valves and back pressure valves are essential protective and regulating components in fluid pipeline systems, widely used in chemical, water treatment, environmental protection, and other industries. They can effectively stabilize system pressure, prevent overpressure damage to pumps, pipelines, and related equipment, avoid medium backflow, and ensure safe, stable, and continuous operation of the whole system. Material: UPVC, PP, CPVC, PVDF, SUS304, SUS316;Working Pressure: 0~1.0MPa, 0.02~1.6MPa;Nominal Diameter: DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65;
Connection: Socket bonding, hot melt welding, threaded, flanged; Diaphragm Material: PTFE + rubber composite.

Features
1. Release pipeline pressure to ensure stable system pressure;
2. Protect pump safety and normal operation of the system;
3. Used together with pulse dampers to reduce water hammer damage to the system and achieve excellent low-vibration regulation effect;
4. Reduce peak flow fluctuations and protect the pipeline system from pressure surge impact;
5. The diaphragm adopts advanced PTFE + rubber composite technology, which is suitable for almost all corrosive fluids with reliable sealing and no leakage.
