UPVC Bag Filter Housing

The UPVC Bag Filter is a pressure-driven filtration unit engineered specifically for highly corrosive liquid environments. Constructed from premium UPVC, it serves as a superior alternative to stainless steel or carbon steel housings that are prone to rust in acidic or alkaline media. Featuring an optimized flow distribution design and a simplified cartridge tensioning mechanism, it ensures hermetic sealing and consistent filtration performance for industrial water and chemical processing.

Key Features
Exceptional Chemical Compatibility: The all-UPVC construction provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for sectors where metal housings fail, such as food chemicals, industrial acids/alkalis, and cooling tower filtration.

Advanced Flow Dynamics: The internal fluid entry from the bottom center ensures even distribution across the filter media. This design minimizes impact resistance on the filter bag/cartridge, extending the service life of the consumables.

Integrated Monitoring Ports: The top cover is pre-drilled with G1/4" threaded ports for air release valves and pressure gauges, allowing operators to monitor internal pressure and bleed air efficiently.

Streamlined Maintenance: Equipped with an integrated PP cartridge positioning and tensioning design. The cartridges are secured automatically upon closing the top cover, eliminating manual adjustments and drastically reducing maintenance downtime.

Application Fields
Power & Petrochemicals: Cooling water circulation and chemical solution purification.
Water Treatment: Pre-filtration for raw water, recycled water systems, and UF membrane protection.
Environmental Remediation: Wastewater neutralization and industrial water reclamation.
